Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on your consent when you create an account, and on contractual necessity to provide our journaling service to you.

Data We Collect

We collect your email address, name, and the content you create (journal entries, photos, videos, voice recordings). We also collect anonymous usage data to improve our service.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside the EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
